Anonymous sources (press X to doubt) are claiming investigators found Steele's testimony credible, and are speculating it is why the conclusion of the investigation has been delayed, not that the dossier itself was found credible or confirmed. The NYT article I posted directly contradicts that, in fact, as they say the dossier contained hearsay from sources that put their own spin on things.
That of course doesn't matter to you. All you needed was "dossier", "Steele", and "credible" to be appear somewhere in the same article, and you'll create your own news.
