Sinclair's purchase of Tribune Media's TV stations fills in a lot of the MW footprint.   STADIUM will launch later this year and while Campus Insiders has some broadcast rights of the MW games, this may provide more OTA coverage with this new company that is being formed.
In addition, I can see them being a big player in next MW TV contract in a couple of years and we'll see quite a few MW games on OTA TV...even if they are on some sub-channels.   It would be pretty nice for the MW to sign on with them in the next TV package.   Would be way better than CBS-SN or Root.
I guess I should note the significant markets that fill in the MW footprint from Sinclair ASN. The TV stations added will be the following.
Denver (CSU and WYO..possibly Air Force)
San Diego (SDSU)
Sacramento (General market for MW and a strech for SJSU)
Los Angeles (General market for the MW and MW alumni)

Missing is ABQ for New Mexico.

Sinclair had the following:
Boise (BSU)
Reno (Nev)
Las Vegas (UNLV)
SLC (Utah St)
Fresno (Fresno St)
Seattle (Gen market)
Portland Gen Market)

Actually we are probably the first. The MW Digital Network has been streaming the vast majority of games not on TV since 2013.
We have a new marketing director from UNLV and the Olympics so I hope we'll be boosting the digital side of things like getting a Roku channel. However, we have had quite a bit success just for online and the apps on iOS and Android.
