Dries signs with AHL Texas Stars (Dallas Stars affiliate)

Good for Sheldon, definitely going to miss his leadership next season, hopefully someone else steps up! The team bought in this past season with his leadership and was one of the many reasons why this team had a good season.
And Freddy Tiffels is with the German national team. Congrats, Freddy!

Interesting, WMU link is not showing up.......appears to be taken down?

Also checked Texas Stars social media, no mention of this either....
It's up now.

It looks like you're lost...

The page you are looking for no longer exists.
Wow that is odd.......maybe Dries changed his mind
There's no mention of him on either the Texas or Dallas websites.
It also appears that his twitter page is gone.......hmmmm, maybe he decided he was done with hockey and is moving on to a career with law enforcement.
His twitter page is still there, it's just protected. It's been that way for quite some time. You have to ask to follow him. I know a lot a people who've done the same thing. Gets rid of the porn spammers and somewhat protects what you say.

Found this:

Still nothing "official" posted on Texas stars web site or thier social media
Would imagine that 100degreehockey link is citing the same WMU posting that's no longer online. Nothing is official yet.
I know this is an old thread, but Sheldon scored last night in his first AHL game with the Stars in a 6-5 win! Way to go Sheldon!
