Yep and its the hyper-partisan Ted Koppel.

I quit watching him when he attacked those Arkansas state troopers who were supporting the rape claim against Bill Clinton. He became just an absurd apologist for Bill Clinton. And he kept on Iran/Contra with HW and on and on and on and on. He had next to nothing and it was obvious that even if he did, NOBODY but Ted Koppel cared.

And Nightline was horrible for political discourse in America. It just became a couple of people yelling at each other. There was no discussion. It got ratings and most everyone turned to that model.

Hannity is the best. The failing NYT and very fake news CNN is what is bad for America.

Exactly. Hannity admits he is a commentator and not a news man. Koppel claims to be an unbiased source of facts when he is not. Is he as one sided as Hannity? No. Does he slant the "truth" as much by what he reports as by what he doesn't report--absolutely. Hannity and Koppell are the same--they only differ by degree and in the fact that one is properly labeled while the other prefers to masquerade as something he is not.

He looks his age, no question about that. I was talking more about having his faculties about and being able to speak coherently still. I didn't see it but Tom Brokaw was on Meet the Press today too and he's roughly the same age (77) but someone was saying he looked and sounded awful.

Ted Koppel is the evil twin brother of Alfred E Neuman.

They "control" non-cable TV media and that's about it.

The rest of media; internet, radio and cable TV are dominated by the right wing.

The best part about this is that they only showed a small portion of the Hannity interview where Koppel smacks him down. Sort of like when Sean has a guest on and shouts him down with the help of his biased panel.
