They were just playing in Madison Square Garden, is this going to be the NIT Final Four? Who are these teams? Tell me Duke, Kansas and UCLA are about to square off and wait on the winner of Kentucky and UNC.

0 Final Fours between them since 1940.
Good for South Carolina, Oregon, and Gonzaga. Three teams that have earned their place in the Final Four by knocking off very strong and nationally competitive programs. It's always great to see fresh teams in the Final Four - it's what makes college basketball so entertaining and exciting (and very much unlike college football).
True, though it's a little eye-popping to see so much new blood.

History doesn't make champions. It's the other way around.
Good to see new blood in the Final Four.
Wow! South Carolina in the Final Four? Gonzaga finally getting there! Oregon...well...I don't care for them being an Oregon St. fan...Don't want them to do well.

X2, no doubt
Happy for Frank Martin. Remember when Huggs hired at UC in 2004.
North Carolina did something today very rare.

Something they only do every 3-4 years on average......

That is advance to a Final Four.

Spend $18 million to delay justice in their decades long cheating scandal in desperate hope of winning one last one before it all comes crashing down?

That's becoming an annual occurrence.
#1 seeds made it. That will be the final.

Reality about to come smashing down on Oregon and SC.

As an aside, the NIT Final Four is Cal State Bakersfield vs Georgia Tech, and UCF vs TCU.
C2, I think the appropriate way to say that is...
