He's a RB now? Lol

Had him penciled in as a starter at Saf, then LB but i dont think he starts at RB.
What is the effect of the exit of Tyler Marshall from the team? Was he considered a "find" or just another guy?

I like the move of Lee to RB. Marshall didn't seem to get it. He was out of shape, almost 280 lbs.
Any word on the former Penn State WR?

Sorry i meant injured or actually practicing.
Like it or not, I don't think this bodes well for the status of our RB corps. When you are moving defensive guys over to give them a try because what you are seeing from recruited RBs makes you think they can't get the job done...

I think this is probably the most honest assessment of what we can expect next year that we've seen so far. Don't get me wrong, I'm still super excited and if anyone can get the most out of these guys, it's Bill Clark and company. These guys are going to need to get some "for real" competition hits in before they start to really find their stride.
Big frosh RB (from Minor HS?), 6'0", 230lbs, coming in this summer

Sounded like Coach K was using this to call out the current RBs for not hitting the hole hard. SAid something about too much dancing around/

Its just a big adjustment for us fans because RB for a while looked like it was going to be a strength. Unfortunately (and in one case tragically) our two high profile recruits at the position didn't pan out and now the two news articles we've had about running backs have been on a walk-on who was taking first string snaps and now a LB being moved to RB because the running backs were not getting the job done.

I'm going into this season with zero expectations. There is just no way for us to know what kind of team we have until we have seen it compete. While I think Clark is an amazing person and fantastic coach, we have to remember that this mostly isn't the same staff we had before, and so even coaching is not a known commodity.

This is the time to make position changes on a trial basis. It is not unusual for players to be moved around even in the most advanced programs. Putting in a new "spark plug" may be just what is needed for the "engine" to operate well. Though we have some additional talent coming in this summer, about 90% of the starting 22 in September will be determined this spring.

I think it says more about the depth at LB than the lack of depth at RB. You need you're best players on the field and we have an embarrassment of riches at LB. He obviously has athletic skills so why not give him the ball?

Mortimer jordan.

Some probably thought we signed a new one. I think we are after a juco CB woth one of the last three available scholarships for 2017.

With the information coming out about the RB position i bet Brown has a decent shot this year for pt.
