MW Digital Network views for Winter Sports 2017.
With the Winter sports wrapped up, here is the results from my on going tally of the events for each sport.

Indoor Track and Field Championship:
6,389 views. 526 views less than last year.

Women's Swimming & Diving Championship:
Total Views: 11,830
An increase of 27% over last years 9,309 total views.
Note: This year the schools broadcasted several S&D meets over the season compared to zero last year totaling 3,685 and giving a grand total of 15,515 views.

Women's Gymnastics: 12 meets
Total views: 9,858.
Last year's total views was 3,510 with 7 meets that were broadcasted.

Women's Basketball: 173 games
Total Views: 195,517
Avg/game: 1,137

An increase of 5.3% from last year of 185,034 total views (173 games) and a average of 1070/game.

Men's Basketball: 91 games
Total Views: 380,995
Avg/game: 4,233

An increase of 21.5% from last years 313,552 total views (91 games) and a average of 3,484/game.

Overall, it looks like it was the best year yet for the MWDN for the winter sports with an overall increase of 22% from last year.

Once thing that I notice is that these numbers will increase by a few hundred over the course of time as people view the archived events months from now so these posted numbers will get higher slightly over the course of time.

The rolling total so far for both Fall and Winter Sports combined for this school year is 1,123,024 views compared to 834,819 from last school year. A markedly 34.5% increase in views.

So far Baseball and Softball viewership is looking significantly more than last years. I'll be back to post the Spring Sports when they are done and to give a overall total of views for the whole year.

Just keeps going up
