How do you leave somebody that open for a 3, and what in the world was Baxter doing? Was that a shot or a pass?
Wow. Wasn't clear from the other end that Lee caught and dunked that all with the left hand.
He was trying to draw contact & shoot the ball.

He got fouled on the play but they didn't call it.

They're really good at making the quick pass to the man spotting up for the three. We did pretty well at defending them - when we were able to get there. About half their threes looked that open, and either fell or not.

What was making me crazier than the threes - I expected those, it's their stock in trade - was the way that they penetrated and drove the lane so successfully. The last ten minutes it looked like a layup drill.

The kids played hard, and to at least some degree we got lucky.

That was a whale of a ball game.
A panicked drive and wild shot from Baxter. Execution was about the same as the end of the first half when Lavender took it upon himself with similar results. William Lee and Chris Cokley bailed the whole team out down the stretch. Two high major forwards playing with, at best, very average D1 team mates. Darling is showing flashes of joining that small cadre of good players in Green and Gold.

Ha Ha and Chris are great players. Hope they get to play their senior seasons with a better supporting cast.

Go Blazers, Beat the Whiny Techsters
& we really struggled in the game when Cokley and Lee weren't both out there.

Baxter was not panicked. He was attempting to draw a foul, which he did. Thankfully the refs didn't call it. Blazer fans so bent on crucifying Baxter refuse to see what the video shows.
Baxter definitely got fouled. Glad, in this instance, that it wasn't called.
