We are the 5th best team in Alabama. Welcome to the Rob Eshan era!
Seems a lot like the start of the Haase era, but let's just ignore that.

My God just stop. This team is nothing like the team Haase inherited. Ehsan has been with the program since these guys were freshmen, he even helped recruit most of them. They also just came off a 26 win season. Stop making excuses for Ehsan. I'm not saying he won't be a good coach in the future but he has unquestionably failed this season.

Not even close. Haase' team had pretty much the record it's talent was capable of achieving. This was the 2nd most talented team in the conference and was mismanaged and poorly led into a .500 record. Anyone defending the job this staff did this season either knows nothing about basketball or doesn't have UAB's best interest at heart. There is not a single coaching staff in our conference that I wouldn't trade this UAB staff for in a heartbeat.

Yes, lets just ignore the fact that Ehsan inherited the Sixth Man of the Year, Defensive Player of the Year and 2 other all conference players. Inherited 9 Juniors a seniors from the Regular Season Champions. Haase did not. Total different situation.

Now THAT is a knee-slapper...
Ignore the fact also that this team doesn't seen to give a F if they win or lose. Blame the coach all you want but the team doesn't care. You can't coach effort.

Did FIU Just lose to Middle by 3 at Middle. What did we do their. Theirs not another team that we have not beat this year other then those two (stop the pessimism) until Wed. We have split all games this year other then those 2. One we won't play in the tournament cause they won't be their and the other is the number one team in the conference.
Did I hear that FIU was without their top scorer tonight?

The guy who scored 37 against us last time, Nottage, was held to 5 points tonight.

He also inherited Robert Brown graduating.

So will the excuse next year be that he lost 5 seniors?
No way to predict the future but I bet Ehsan won't be standing around pouting about it.

That's really dumb. Read the 4-5 ensuing posts after yours for the reasons why. This team is pitiful.
