The most interesting thing on the political talking head show "ABC This Week"----the Obama spokes person steadfastly avoiding saying there was no wiretap and avoided answering direct question on weather the White House received information obtained from Trump Tower wire taps. They were asked the same question multiple times and avoided saying there WAS NO WIRE TAP or that no information was received by the White House. This is about to blow up big....I think this happened.....

Pleading the 5th in this case is almost as good as getting a gotcha moment. But even so congress will give limited immunity to some. Once they do that taken the 5th is no longer in play. At least not without going straight to jail.

Trump needs to pay attention to these things because this is nothing to ignore. He should know for months now that FBI, CIA and them are investigating these issues. Flynn was caught lying and was fired from his job because they have evidence on him and what was said to the Russian diplomat. Even if Trump may not know what his people are saying to the Russians, he needs to pay more attention to what is going on, and set his foot down and ask for anybody with any connections in talking with the Russians to resign. The more he attacks the spy agencies and the FBI? They will come after him no matter who is the President. They would do the exact same thing to Obama if he had any connections to Russia.

5 of Americas legal and spy branches of government was involved in the wiretaps and found nothing that could hurt Trump. How do we know this? Trump would not be President Trump if they had anything. It would have leaked out with some facts leaked if they had anything. Also I think if any of those 5 agencies that are responsible for helping keep America safe from threats in or out of this country...
would have went to congress before the election was ratified if they thought Trump was in on anything with the Russians. Or if they found anything that another country could use against him.
If they didn't they would not be doing their duty. Right?
So we know there were wiretaps and 5 different USA government agencies looking into this. The FBI, CIA, NSA and one on banking and I forgot the other.
So we know there is not one thing that points to Trump knowing anything about the hacks or Trump himself working for Russia. Either that or Russia is hands down better at all of this than anything we have in America.
If that is the case we are in bigtime trouble. But it's not. President Trump lets this go away quietly if he's being blackmail or some how working with Russia. The NUMBER ONE thing you don't do if that's the case is to draw attention to it and ask for a investigation.
Same goes for those of you that took Trumps comments about finding all o those missing emails as Trump asking Russia to hack Hillary. Well if you are in bed with them...why say that on TV? He could have asked in private. It was a joke.

Another reason we know this is because congress has already been sent the intelligence investiagtion report on this, and there was no connection between Russia and the Trump campaign found.
Maybe I'm naive or just don't understand how phone tapping works, but if President Obama tapped Trump's phones wouldn't they still be tapped? And he could produce the phones as evidence they were tapped?
Or alternatively, he could produce video of agents entering Trump Tower to install (or take down) the tapping devices? Surely Trump Tower had pretty detailed security back in October? I've heard it's a fortress now and has pretty much brought neighboring businesses around it to a crawl in NYC right now.

If this was 1970, then yes. Believe it or not, our intelligence groups can tap a wire without using a radio shack phone jack splitter and cassette player these days.
