I honestly believe Chuck is going to be the X factor in the CAA tournament and beyond. He has shown to be a huge factor against big post players on defense, and has provided rim protection and shot altering capabilities we desperately need.

Cacock can actually rest now, even when he isn't in foul trouble, and the drop off isn't significant anymore. If we keep four scorers on the court with him, Chuck can be a defensive stopper on drives and on post players. He runs the floor well, and get back on defense.

He was a big factor in our first win at CofC, yet for some reason played very little in our loss to them at Trask. I don't think Keatts will make that mistake again. He was also a significant factor in beating Hofstra, Towson and NU to end the season.

There is a good chance we'll face Hosftra, and a very good chance we'll face Towson or CofC in the championship and he has proven he can cause them trouble. We will also likely face Elon or William and Mary. He didn't play much against either of them during the regular season, but I believe he can create some trouble for both of them on their drives to the basket.

It took four years into the final five games of his career for Chuck to get some PT, but he is making the most of it, and very well could be the reason we play in our second consecutive NCAA tournament.
This needed to be put at the top. If anybody was keeping score the other day when he started, it was UNCW 15 Northeastern 0. When he's looking to block/alter shots, UNCW, to me, looks better. This erases direct line drives that should have been cut off earlier and is a problem to deal with. It was cool to see him go out in style and he will have more chances in the post season now.

So here's to Chuck's new official nickname...."The Nigerian Nightmare". '82 you get the credit and I hope that Mike Vaccaro can throw that in there. Mike is awesome and a real pro, but it would be cool if he did it!

Can't say i could possibly agree more. Not to mention it takes some pressure off of CaCock which in theory should allow him to stay on the floor longer!
I have no idea what is in the mind of Keatts. Unless he is trying to prepare for next year with Bryan as his primary backup to Cacock, the decision to play Bryan instead of Chuck in the CAA tournament is baffling.

Note that UNCW did not make a run against the Tribe until Chuck came in for Bryan in the second half, after Bryan was getting abused by Knight. Chuck isn't perfect, but the whole team seems to play better with him in the game than Bryan. Especially against Towson we NEED Ogbodo on the court when Cacock goes out.
You mean Charleston?
