I don't see the poll on my phone but I vote yes!
Personally, I am indifferent. We obviously have no FBS history so I don't identify as an independent like an Army or Notre Dame fan would. Clearly we have no Big South collection of posters so it isn't like we'd miss out by moving either. If I had to pick as a tiebreaker, I would want to be where Liberty plays hoops.

I voted yes because right now we are buried in the Big South sub section. It's not easy to find for folks. For ease of use and more exposure to the forum I voted to move to the independent section right away. Also it's not like the Big South in CSN is active. The only reason it was brought back from the dead was because of us.
Can we be both? We are Big South for everything but football. But obviously our biggest conversations revolve around football. And we really don't even start FBS transition until next year.

This is why I want to be in the fbs independent area. It's right on the main page and folks looking for army or ND will see us there as opposed to big south where no one looks.

I may be weighing in late but is seems best to move to the indy section. The Big South section has never had an activity and it would benefit to align itself as close to the indy's as possible vs. remain tethered to the Big South. I vote to move the site to the Indy section.
The moment we left the BS board it went right into the inactive section.
1. That's a shame for the BSC.
2. I keep looking for the BSC board.
3. It'll take a while to get use to the Indy board.

That's ok, better to see it here with these teams than elsewhere. Also, as others see independent lit blue they'll see its active and probably take a look as opposed to anyone seeing BS active and looking.

I've left messages on other BSC sites seeing if there was any activity. Zero, zilch, nada. Better for LU to indy.
