Who else are we expecting?
Those are all I was aware of or expecting, so anyone else will be a suprise
honestly this class is average..was hoping for whitlow, handy holly, young, etc. we got some good players but we missed a lot this year
I do not think this is an average class at all. We have 1 of the highest rated high school recruits in our history and potential long time starters among these.

I would have loved to have gotten a few more marquee names, but compare this class to a Calloway class and you will see a MASSIVE difference. Not average at all

Did we miss on Whitlow? I haven't seen where he has signed.

Also, this "class" is small because we signed so many JUCOs mid-year.

Plus, we never used to "miss" on many recruits because most of the guys we used to sign weren't being recruited heavily. If we're missing because of Arizona, Miss. State, and heck even Auburn, then we're doing pretty well!

that's why I said this class has some GOOD PLAYERS but its still average. actually, go back and look and callaway had several classes in top 5 CUSA, which included a lot of better schools then. Recruiting was never his problem it was lack of financial support and facilities. Sick of folks discounting Callaway.
Last year we had a top CUSA class for the first time in history. Now were debating on whether this class is average? Don't Forget... We've still yet to see Clark recruit under normal circumstances (In season, with another season to come, adequate facilities, and no cloud hanging over program. His first real class was canceled. The last few were based on hopes and dreams.

One of the gripes about pre-Clark classes is that we never beat out other peer schools for recruits. We generally got the best of what was left. Since Clark has been here, we have for just about every recruit.

We lost out on some recruits that you probably aren't aware of and some you are like withlow and young. ECU commit visited last weekend and we didn't get him..we definatley didn't get 'just about every recruit' with that being said, I have no doubt clark will be able to recruit at the top of the class consistently in a normal setting like you said.
You have to remember, this is less than half of this years class. The bulk of this class was signed in December.

I never indicated that we beat out every team we went head to head with... Nobody does that. What I said was, the recruits we do have, are a result of us beating out other peer schools, head to head.

that's the majority of anyone who has ever signed a scholarship..there are some who had 1 offer yes..not sure im following your point.
Whitlow signed with Auburn.
Can you guys give this silliness a rest? The subject here, I thought, was recruiting. And we turned it into a petty bickering about who was best/worst among a couple of pretty mediocre coaches.

None of that is important any more.

Back to the subject, Whitlow just signed with Auburn.

sure, sorry it got off track. I didn't think Whitlow was a serious contender for AU..committable offer must have come late for him.
