It is also one of the fastest growing municipalities in the country so I suspect that they are also counting on the population growth to continue such that by the time the bonds come due the financial burden will be spread among a much larger population base than they have today.

But they'll DRAW 12,000. Akron won't.
I find it hard to knock Akron, or anyone else, when my school has to plan for YEARS for new bathrooms and a couple concession stands.
