Is it too soon for a Zac Woodfin for Basketball S&C coach ?

Also, Lou Deen seemed to do a good job.

Is he still at Alabama?

I frankly would have been surprised if he'd stayed.

That sucks that he's leaving. Anyone that followed him on social media could tell he was a great S&C coach. He incorporated a lot of Cross Fit elements into his training program. It seemed to have worked wonder on the teams overall strength and muscle bulk from the previous year.

Sorry, that was just a weird statement to make.

This is a tough loss. Our team has had a great run of health over the past few years. A lot of that is luck I'm sure but it's also a credit to Cory and our medical staff.

Instagram, Facebook - pictures, videos, etc.... Twitter is not all of social media

I just know that everybody we played this year seemed to have at least one doughboy.

We didn't. This looked like a seriously well-conditioned team this year.
