Stover has an in-pocket offer last year from Stony Brook. They're in the tournament. He's on Air Force's list of 2016 offers. I don't see any commits for him. He's not hotly recruited but he does seem often to be involved in the end of close games. That goes beyond talent. The kid that made the two half court buzzer beaters is headed to Gannon. His brother an LB at OSU (I think). Their big guy also getting some noise.
