Hey people of the Green dragons,
I am going to take advantage of some time off work I've got due to spend next weekend in Birmingham. Mostly I'm doing this because Birmingham is one of the few major Southern cities I haven't visited, and Arkansas State happens to be playing a baseball series, and the decrepit state of our basketball program has me itching for a baseball fix.
Looking for suggestions of things to do etc, places to eat, the usual. I'm also looking for any suggestions you have on a safe, clean hotel that won't cost this budget conscious AState fan an arm and a leg.
