I hit the guy with a 50% warning for violating AUP with regards to a mild anti- semitic remark via a picture.
His warning has expired and he still can't post without moderator approval. He posts mostly on the CUSA board and some on CS&CR. I revoked his expired warning but he still can't post.
He needs some help, and I need some instruction about what to do in this case. It's the first time this sort of thing has happened with one of my warnings and I've placed more than a few on 50% to monitor their posts.
