Don't forget that the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette is owned and published by the Block heads. Having the article showing up after the NIU game is not surprising.

Also not surprising for them to think it's possible for a team to win a football game by 4 points (24-20) in double OT. They couldn't even copy the score. Well it is possible, but it would take a TD, a defensive conversion, and a defensive stand.
It was otherwise not a bad read on Jones; he really got knocked out cold as he was receiving a punt, which definitely should have been kick catch interference if not unnecessary roughness with or without targeting, but of course was none of the above (but they will call 'leverage' on a successful FG try where not a soul would have blinked an eye if nothing had been called, but whatever. Mac officials will always be Mac officials). Thought he was done for the game at that point but he was right back out there on the next drive. Tough kid.

I was shocked to see him back out there as well.
