A few notes from the show-

Coach Campbell said that RB Damion Jones-Moore has a deep bruise on the bottom of his foot, but has a chance to be back this week

CC was very happy with the way true freshman CB Josh Teachey is playing and had lots of praise for SS Rolan Milligan

CC took the blame for not getting plays off in time, but I think he just didn't want to call out anyone

CC talked about how the secondary is trying to play a lot more man and press coverage, which he said is necessary with the offenses UT is seeing

Kent had never shown the defense that it played against UT

Had 200 recruits at the Kent game

Very happy with the recruiting class so far
Play calling fubar got resolved at halftime. That was good to see- changes started about 5 seconds earlier.

This has been going on for years. Why is it still an issue?

Thank God! No more 10 yd cushions when it's 3rd & 3.
You can't try and audible with 10 seconds left on the play clock, especially if you are going to put a man in motion, which UT does on most plays. This is an issue with the coaching staff, I am not sure if it is Candle or someone else, but they need to be decisive and get the play changed sooner, if they are going to change it.

There are also numerous times where the D is substituting guys in/out while the O is already lined up and looking to the sideline. When this happens, just snap the ball! Catch the D before they get set. Easy yards.
200 recruits?!?! Wow, that seems like a lot. Can anyone put that into historical perspective?

I do love an accomplished smartass. Well done. 01-ncaabbs
"Eighth Battle of the Isonzo"

Seriously? EIGHT! That's carrying a grudge way too far.

200 recruits might rank pretty highly on that list, though it's not the most dramatic series of events I've seen.

200 in all classes, not just seniors.
So, subtracting recruits, our attendance was 14,966.
