It appears that both are red-shirting. It is well known that Martin is red-shirting due to injury but it also appears that Cole will RS in 2015 and return in 2016 for his sr. year. Cole has been injured but I see he is still in street clothes. I do not believe he has burned a RS.
If the RS for Cole is in fact true, which I think it is, then UT will still have deep experience at CB for 2016 with two experienced starters back at corner plus all the depth returning in the secondary.

Cole had a medical redshirt last year. Doesn't he need NCAA waiver to take another?
Thought Cole was expected to playin the second half of season?
martin struggled last year, but certainly has talent. maybe this year to mature and watch is what he needs.
H2O: maybe that's what is going on with Cole. Perhaps he will play in 2nd half of season. I am just looking for answers to his status.

Martin was out for the season.
Martin is walking without crutches and so is Cole so it must be someone else.

Players are usually on the sideline even if injured. Maybe not a player at all?
