Dang my normal seat got covered up! I know RocketA wont be happy!

So...

Eastern Michigan covers their upper seats so no one can sit there. Got it.

Toledo ushers forces their fans to sit in the upper deck after a three hour rain delay when everyone else in the expensive seats has gone home. Not sure I got it.

Maybe Toledo ushers should cover the lower bowl seats?

Not sure why EMU would put this video out as if it's something positive.

That video of EMU showed them with a pretty good crowd at the end. Hahaha! They not only DON'T draw a crowd, they have to spend money because of it. Go figure.

It is never a good thing when you have to try to make empty seats disappear, but I understand what they are trying to do and I sympathize with their situation.

It is not all that different than what they do at Quicken Loan Arena during the MAC basketball tournament when they curtain off the highest level seats all the way around the arena so that a crowd of 10,000 makes the arena look a lot more crowded than it really is. Unfortunately for EMU, what they are trying to do is a lot more obvious at Rynearson Stadium than at Quicken Loan Arena and therefore less effective at achieving their intended objective of giving the impression that the stadium is more crowded than it really is.

Why do they call it The Factory?

Don't factories produce something? Maybe they should call it The Cemetary; where talent and coaches go to die.

Well, it looks neat. I just hope those covers let enough light through so the whole section doesn't get covered with black mold. They'll have a real mess to clean up if that happens.

The factory. Obviously it is in reference to the cement factory they use to build the block wall

they were trying to suggest they were part of the auto worker mentality. but it was and is an utter failure.

They should drop back down to NAIA status........

Toledo Ushers and game day managers are the worst. Most places want their fans to be involved. Not Toledo. We call them the bleacher Nazi's, not very friendly. I think that starts at the top.

Toledo Ushers and game day managers are the worst. Most places want their fans to be involved. Not Toledo. We call them the bleacher Nazi's, not very friendly. I think that starts at the top.

A lot of the same ushers work the Mud Hens games and it's a totally different attitude....... (or at least in the past)

Like I said it starts at the top... hopefully someone can get in touch with the new president and some changes can be made ...at the top so it is a better environment. Ive seen them threaten a family who had seats in the lower level at a basketball game who was sitting in a large area of open seats because two children had the rocket kids club passes and not assigned seats. The parents had assigned seats in the section.

This is the kind of BS that turns people off.
