Heavy hitters for sure!
Strong group of names. We need them to come through in a big way.
We could build a couple of great BOT's from that list; Id settle for just one, filled with honorable, ethical men and women.
This is exactly what was needed today. These people have put their names on the line. Huge huge step
The only way this group could get stronger and more B'ham-centric is if Vulcan decided to climb his naked butt down off his pedestal.
Noticed that Regions Bank is not on the list. So disappointing!!!

Yep pretty lame, but that's a great list.

Didn't see Harbert, Logan, Barber's, etc. (I did glance through it pretty fast) It's an extremely impressive list anyway! Doesn't mean that they won't contribute though.
Meet the heavy hitters leading the campaign for UAB athletics

& what does this really mean Margaret?
It means some of those guys are worth several hundred million dollars, and we hope they will give UAB athletics some of it.
They also pushed the release of the committee names up for a reason....................
Well I I think this group will ensure that the Blazers return with all the fire power possible.

Because I suggested on twitter? :)

Well that's what I'm gonna tell my granddaughter anyway
I hope they immediately form a plan to raise money for construction of an on campus football stadium so the projects completion will coincide with the resurrection of games as near to 2017 as possible.

I settle for him to face his butt in a more appropriate direction

You are going to disappointed. Theyve already said what the priorities are.
Yes the date was pushed up because it seems the BOT, Watts, Ryan and gang don't really want to let football back.

They know if they ride it out until December that a coach will possibly leave & it would be over for a while.

No games scheduled yet, no contracts signed.
What? No one from Bryant Bank?
