Not very likely to occur but Haase is getting mentioned as a possible candidate for the Cyclones.
It's very late to be finding a basketball coach, but I think with Hasse signing a $1 million dollar contract I wouldn't think he would bolt.

Nor do I but they could double his salary. I don't think he will be in there top couple choices. I do think we need to prepare for rumors like this....a lot.

Too early for Haase. One day we will have this "problem" to worry about though. Let's hope with our new found fund raising and fan support we can keep him like GM at Wichita.
Haase is a Kansas guy. That's about as likely as UA hiring a guy from Auburn.
Iowa State fans think they deserve someone much, much better
Iowa State is still in Ames Iowa, right ?

No contest.

Iowa State has been very good to Alabama in the past. George Washington Carver was hired from that school by Booker T. Washington to come to Alabama. AU also hired a BCS NC winning coach from there.
Right now, the Iowa State athletic director and school president are in a war. The AD wants to promote the associate head coach. The president says the only way the school can succeed is to hire a "name brand."

That's going to be an interesting fight.
