No matter what the decision is Monday. There needs to be a press conference where all questions are answered.

The only way we get straight answers is to get Ray Watts, Brian Mackin, and certain BOT members on a witness stand in court under oath. And even them I have my doubts that the truth would come out.
The need to face something else, but it's not the media.

Nah. Keep it in the family. Let Agent Orange and I ask the questions, with the bowling and rifle teams to provide encouragement. I've never been hit by a bowling ball, but I imagine it can't feel good.
Tyler, Ingram was hired from Temple, not UT.

I have a serious question because I'm confused. I remember seeing 2 separate videos of Ray Watts in front of a podium. One when he announced the decision, and another when he announced the 2nd study in which he actually answered questions from the media. I'm pretty sure you can find those videos on YouTube.

I guess the question is, given the tone of the article above and assuming there was no intentional attempt to deceive readers into thinking Ray Watts NEVER addressed anyone publicly.... what more would you legitimately want than what he did in the past?
He also took questions from a few reporters at the NCAA tournament game, although he didn't give any real answers.

A press conference would be a waste of time. Just announce the news we want to hear.

Most of the talk about the presser is because he refuses to say virtually anything in public. He'll go weeks without saying anything officially about anything. This last month, as we were in the fund drive stage of things he *never* gave us the number we were trying to meet. It was unofficially leaked after a meeting Wed. night, and he promptly changed the pledge deadline from Monday afternoon to Friday at 4.

He's a liar and we don't believe a damn thing he says. We just want to see him at a podium eating a large portion of raw crow as he talks about how "we" fought hard and brought back our programs.
