There have only ever been four games where an 11 seed has played a 14 seed to advance to the sweet sixteen. The 11 seed won in all four match-ups.

2014 - (11) Tennessee vs (14) Mercer
1998 - (11) Washington vs (14) Richmond
1991 - (11) Connecticut vs (14) Xavier
1989 - (11) Minnesota vs (14) Siena

There have only been two 14 seeds who have advanced to the sweet sixteen.

1997 - Chattanooga over (6) Illinois
1986 - Cleveland State over (6) St. Joseph's

And those 11-seeds all won by double digits. I think that ends tomorrow.

They aren't getting double digits on us. Only team to do that in 2015 has been Rice in 2 OTs.
