How many seats does it hold for the tournament?

How many people were at the games yesterday? I saw Rice and UNT on TV last night and it looked like there was 5 people at the game. It looked really pathetic

No real surprise. Teams in the late game of first round from Texas... I think BJCC holds about 17K...
I think 14,000.

The middle two games yesterday had good attendance. The first and last did not. Not many this morning, but I expect a lot for the evening session. La Tech fans should show up well tonight. Not sure if they will though.
There was a good bit of blue in the seats at Bartow as I was leaving the women's game.

BJCC seats 17,654.
14,000 is the capacity for a concert with one end blocked off... MB is 100% correct.
It was bad last night for the Rice-North Trxas game. Western Kentucky and Middle Tennessee brought good crowds last night. UTEP crowd was very bad today. Not too many ODU fans here right now 10 minutes til tip. Like Band dad said, there were a lot of La Tech fans at the women's game who will come over later. I'm just hoping UAB fans turn out.
Here's a visual of the lower level tickets still available from Ticket Master.

Not too bad at all.
Good UAB crowd tonight. We need more for tomorrow. Folks need to try to leave work a little early to get there in time.
There will be more tomorrow. That seems to be a very safe bet.
I'm hoping more MTSU fans come down tomorrow since they're in the semis. Probably more La Tech fans too who are only coming for the weekend. Assuming they beat Rice of course.
Western Kentucky fans tend to be knowledgeable basketball fans who enjoy the game. I suspect some of them will stick around tomorrow.
From an attendance standpoint, the best scenario for a good crowd in the championship would be UAB vs MTSU I think. But I would rather not face MTSU.

Their women are still in it so I'm sure many will hang around.
