I'm not addressing the validity of the claim, but your statement that he deserves to be threatened.

Not all threats have to be against his family or physical in nature.

No one deserves violent threats to their person or family. However, questioning the integrity of the manner in which someone does there job is fair game.

& I want him to experience a lot of stress & a lot of sleepness nights over this.

He had very little concern for the parties involved & spent several months forcing this study to come to the conclusion that was reached.

No, this wasn't just 1 episode of a guy misspeaking. It was planned in detail.

And further more, there has not been 1 ounce of reconsideration of this by Watts.

That poor, dear man. How does he make it through his hellish day ? Oh yeah, by collecting $3500 a DAY in pay. Tough jobs have large paychecks. Tough jobs have big decisions. Screw up big decisions and you make people angry. The potential for angering people comes with the territory, for which Porky Ray is being well compensated.

Un-#%ck the decision and most of your detractors will go away. At least the non-radicals.

And if you are scared, call the police......wait, you already did before you spoke, so you set the bar of expectations pretty low to begin with. So ..Porky Ray, you knew this was coming. I hope you kept that house in Boston. You will feel more welcome there.


I do not condone violence or physical threats, but I absolutely condone that Ray Watts knows we are mad as hell and aren't going to take it anymore.

I think we all see that things aren't going to change without a showing of strong force. Force that doesn't have to be physical.

This man doesn't have a good history of telling the truth lately. It's easy to state "I have been threatened".

Doesn't justify anything that Watts has done either.

While I don't trust Watts to be truthful about anything, given the heated nature of this whole topic, and how upset everyone is, it would not surprise me at all if he has been physically threatened. Even UAB has fans that are nuts.

Let me translate Watts for you;

"I have done the damage that I intended to do, so now I promise to be a good boy."

"I will be open to input on my decision making unless you want me to do what what I don't want to do."

"You can vote no confidence as many times as you would like, but I will not resign because, despite all my talk about shared governess, I really don't care what you think. I am not going anywhere because since I did exactly what the BOT wanted me to do, they have my back."

Watts biggest problem at this point is his refusal to reexamine this decision aside from the review of the Carr report. He wants people to just forget this blunder and promises to do better in the future. You don't move forward while there is still opportunity to correct your blunder. Only Watts is unwilling to even consider that his decision was wrong.

That is why Watts and the BoT will fail.

Maybe a student rolled down a window and yelled FU? I'd bet that's about the greatest extent he's received.

His problem is – he wears pink panties and hasn't been challenged over the years…. probably not since he was in school. It appears to me, he has the "God syndrome". He's not used to having his word challenged. He's used to bossing nurses and receptionists around.

I'm assuming the blazerman meant that he deserves to have his job threatened which may cause him tribulation.
