We can send SACS third-party comments (intended for students, alumni, and concerned members of the public). The deadline is Jan. 15 (SACS is unclear if that's a postmark deadline or a received-by deadline, so for safety's sake, assume it's a received by deadline.

SACS requires comments be on an official Third-Party Comment Form, and be sent via mail. No electronic submissions will be accepted. To that end, I've got two ready for you to complete and send in. Here you go:

One addresses board interference; the second addresses institutional integrity.
Both of those should raises a few eyebrows. Good work!
Awesome! I'll print, complete, and send away... Great work GN!
I will print and send tomorrow.
Im not sure about the validity of your claim that 4 members of the board are either related to people employed by Bryant Bank or are themselves officially connected to Bryant Bank. Other than PBJr, I am only aware of Mrs Humphrey (Presumably her husband Bobby works there ) and the new Pres Pro Tem ( on the Board of Directors at Bryant Bank ). Who is the 4th?
I already sent them a 'package', but seeing this? Hell yeah, I'm gonna fill them out and get them back, we should all take a run at this!

Excellent work.
Paul Bryant Jr. is, of course, CEO of Bryant Bank.
Karen Brooks, who is the new president pro tempore of the BOT, is Director of Bryant Bank.
Bobby Humphrey, husband of board member Barbara Humphrey, is vice president for business development for Bryant Bank.
Bill Gray, son of Ronald Gray, is an officer at the Greystone branch.
Great!

A regular Bryant Bank Convention.
Let them fly.
I will do this tomorrow. Thanks GN!
I also assume this is posted on the appropriate facebook groups?
I will complete these and send these out tomorrow!
Thanks GN!
Id never heard anything about Gray. Thanks for the update.
Are these forms something numerous people should fill out and send in (volume makes a difference) or is more beneficial to have a concise, thoughtful, well-crafted statement of potential violations (quality over quantity)?
Has anyone noticed that Carol Z. Garrison is listed on the Board of Trustees for the State of Alabama delegation?
This is an well put together set of allegations.

One thing that would be very helpful would be more direct evidence.
Does anyone know the football player - an affidavit from him rather than a newspaper article would be much more effective.

IMHO duplicate signings of the same comment will not do anything for a SACS. As stated by blaz club quality of comments not quantity of the same comment

Wouldn't it be "fun" if Carol Garrison has spent her time with SACSCOC, while still on the UAB payroll, putting together the documents needed to expose PBJ and his cabal on the BOT where the Governor has to immediately remove them from the UA BOT, allow full autonomy for each campus or risk the loss of UAB, UA(T) and UAH accreditation! (O.K. I'm dreaming again.)
