GSU-Atlanta, USA and Texas State and the tossing of NMSU and Idaho, the SBC should be bold and invite Liberty, Tennessee State, Bethune Cookman, Alabama State, Southern and Jackson State. We could have a championship game, would get a respectable TV contract, would get back into Florida, and Southern would capture the 95% of Louisiana that ULM and ULL don't have a presence in, especially Baton Rouge and New Orleans. Eventhough basketball and baseball would take a slight hit, Football would likely improve.

Yea, it was announced yesterday. Georgia State, South Alabama, and Texas State are moving to... The Southeastern Conference. The SEC further decided to add Lamar. The SEC wanted James Madison, but they're still holding out for that MAC bid, so they turned it down.
Are we still here? I thought we'd surely be gone by now . . . .
