Nice win for Ferris State and it looked like Drew Lehman had a nice game. Congrats to Drew and the bulldogs.
Drew Lehman is a Toledo Central Catholic 2011 graduate.

I love that a D2 school whooped bowling green's ass in their own place! 82-68.

Ow! Is that guy related to Jay Lehman?
It appears that BG becomes the first D1 team to lose a game at home to . A D2 team this year. Something like. 220-1 in favor of D1 home teams if a post on AZZ is accurate.

Remotely......
Son? I remember people wanting to recruit his son for baseball a few years back. Seems to me he went to school in Toledo. Same son?
Yes. Jay's son.
I remember when he shut down Loving, and took CCHS to the final four in 2011... The little guy is pretty dang good.
Drew is Jay's second son. First went to Sienna Heights for baseball if I recall correctly.

That's probably the one I knew of.

It still amazes me a 5 foot 11 inch guard was able to shut down a 6'11" post player headed to Ohio St. But sure enough, Lehman did when they faced each other.

He'd never get off the bench for a DI school.

Loving is 6-7

Lehman is scoring over 20 points a game regularly for a team that just kicked a D1's patooty at their own home.

I'm pretty sure he'd have left that bench a long time ago.
You know what this means: Toledo < Detroit < bgSUCKS < Ferris St. Therefore, Toledo < Ferris st.
I don't know what the match-ups are that cost BG such a convincing loss so it very well could mean UT < Ferris St. Pretty sure Ferris has a couple 6'10" guys and some quick guards. No reason to assume any game against them would be anything but tough.

Oddly, the game meant nothing to Ferris, record-wise. It was an exhibition. I'm sure they'd love to mark this one down as a win.
