Making way for Prez Watts to move to T-town?
Hah. No way in hell they'd have him.
Nothing will surprise me anymore.
Merger. UAB merges with UA on the UA campus.
Watts will be hired as joint president of both campuses. He's the best toadie puppet the BOT could imagine.

I could see them trying to have a "unified" president, but it would be a much slower process.

That's what the Chancellor is. They aren't going to try to go down some silly road of "merging" UA and UAB, that just wouldn't work.

Seems that anything that could be bad for Tuscaloosa is fine for Birmingham. I am still in a state of 04-jawdrop this scourge has a position with the Birmingham Business Alliance! WTF?!! I just can't wrap my perspective around this where acceptance is concerned. First he stabs the city in the back, now he gets to twist the blade.
The Chancellor who happens to have a Tuscaloosa university office.
My first thought was they are going to give it to PBJ.
