New Orleans is out. They will take a Mountain West team.

Maybe our donors should pay another team that is likely to get left out to come in here and give out guys their last official game.
The city surely would let us use Legion Field for that. ESPN might cover it on 2 or U after the segment today.

If it isn't an official game, there won't be any players left to play it.

Even if we don't actually go to a bowl, or if we do, will Legion Field get ESPN Gameday for the Birmingham Bowl? It is the only bowl that occurs on January 3rd, after all...

there will be plenty of UAB talk @ Birmingham Bowl from ESPN if the story has grown long legs by the new year...

New Orleans Bowl is a MWC team vs Sun Belt.
MWC has teams to fill all its bowls but Big 12 May not due to 2-3 teams being in top ten.
MWC is back up for Cactus bowl. MWC teams will take Cactus bowl and leave one bowl empty.
