This is an article from yesterday, but I find it interesting that our coaching staff was straight up telling our recruits the trustees made the decision.

"Vincent called Montgomery on Tuesday morning to tell him the UAB football program would be killed. Vincent said the decision was out of the football staff's hands and that it was made by the University of Alabama System Board of Trustees."

We need to be running with this.

Bentley said it was a trustee decision.

people in the UAB athletic department tell me it's a trustee decision.

I was told off the record it was voted on by teleconference by the board.

Watts said is was a UAB decision.

Bentley reminded every one earlier this week this was a Trustee decision. Isn't this a violation of SACS?

Why yes it is.

Why are we asking about SACS instead of filling out the form. From my understanding anyone can send in the form. Am I correct?

It has to be someone who has been directly effected.

If there was a vote, there have to be minutes. If not, 15 people are guilty of a felony.
