Not sure of details just know that he has resigned today.

Mackin may be resigning because he is helpless to what is happening. But he always has the power to speak out. If he doesn't, that's on him and his conscience.

Wonder how much signing a nondisclosure pays these days?

Folks over the last few years have made a pretty penny signing them at UAB. BOT can always find a way to pay THOSE expenses.

I have heard that he was paid mightily to keep his mouth shut!

He has had at least a year to speak out. What does that tell you about him? Good riddance.

Get him under oath. In addition to all that was said above that prick lied to all the current new players ( JUCO and Freshman). Personally called them to reassure them that it will work out. Civil class action suit against Mackin! Get his ass in court and start talking.

Anything he was paid has to be a public record. Unless Bryant wrote him a private check, which is highly likely.

When he stood there scratching his head while Dr. Garrison's was getting her head chopped off over the OCS, that made me take a second, harder look at this weak man.
