I am pretty sure we had a VP of student affairs while I was at UAB. Dr Gauld filled the position. I could not find a VP of student affairs to email. Did this position get eliminated and when?

Isn't this Andy Marsh?
Wasn't the reason given for not completing HCBC's contract was because some VP position was unfilled? Was this the one?
Andy was under Dr Gauld (I knew Andy quite well as an undergrad) I don't think the vp of student affairs would prevent a contract from being signed.
Andy was a director btw.
VP of Student Affairs used to be a "cabinet level" VP that reported directly to the President. It's now a lower level position that reports to the Provost. That change happened under Carol Garrison after Eli Capiluoto and whoever the last VP of Student Affairs was both left.

If that reason was actually given and if that was legitimate, it was probably the VP of Financial Affairs that was only recently filled.

And this is when the downturn likely started...
Marsh was down at the Administration building this morning watching the protest.
Maybe we should be ccing Andy on these emails. I want the students voice to know about these letters.
