Anyone heard anything about the decision? They're over there on the Troy board already looking at our roster and saying we're definitely dropping football .

I wouldn't trust Troyfans as a source...they have a tendency to jump the gun.

I also wouldn't trust our administration.

I would hope our own "insiders" would know something before Troy fans

If UAB does not step up, Clark might go there? Yeah, that's not exactly news.

Everything I hear says that we're not going to know before Monday or Tuesday. If something breaks before, well, we'll know then, won't we?

Doesnt Mackin have a policy to not comment on coaches future until after the regular season is over, maybe he is just trying to be consistent.

Mackin has a lot of policies including not standing up when we need him to.

None of our "insiders" have said anything on either thread regarding this. I bet there's more truth to it than we want to believe.
