Should be some unbelievable tailgating.
Btw, the line has gone from opening at 6 to 3
Frost on the grass in the morning, an unbelievably great day for tailgating & football!!! The folks in Ames are always hospitable, they tailgate with the best of them!!!
They had better tailgate well. They haven't won a conference football championship since 1912. 03-banghead
Couldnt ask for more perfect weather. and by golly that tailgate was fun. basically just walked around playing drinking games for 4 hours. the most fun i had was passing around a giant boot of beer around a circle with folks that could pass for my grandparents haha

Yet they had 52/53K in a 55K stadium, that got there early and stayed for the whole game!!! Just show how much of a gap there is between Toledo and a P5 bottom feeder.

Just win. That's what Toledo would have to do for a fan support like that. I was watching the Boise game last night and it's possible, very hard to accomplish, but possible. We're pretty much the same size as Boise, right?

It's completely different in Boise. There are no other D1 schools withing hundreds and hundreds of miles. The only other in-state school in Idaho.
The last time we had great attendance was the Pinkel/Amstutz era, when we had double-digit wins and some championships.

Take care of business on the field and the attendance will fix itself.
