This conference could be very strong again. UTSA defense. WKU offense. 03-phew
Good thing we don't have the Roadrunners this year. The players were wayyyyy too distracted by playing in that dome last year. 05-stirthepot

Glad we did trade Houston for UTSA though. Also, Neil and his buddies may give us a monumental bag in Bowling Green.
Depends on our defense. I don't expect any miracles, but they need to improve a great deal to deal with an offense like that.

Now UTSA is picking it up on offense too. 03-melodramatic
And the AAC is about to meltdown. lol

Good.
Almost feel bad for Houston opening a new stadium and getting beat to a pulp by an expansion team. Almost. 05-stirthepot
Coach Clark is going to have to win games in the short-term by lighting up the scoreboard. But give him a couple of years to build the defense, and we could be pretty scary.

Think about it: This is the first time in UAB Football history that we have a Defensive-minded head coach.

AAC already has a win over an SEC team this year.

Temple destroyed Vandy.

SEC < AAC < C-USA = Playoff bid
Vandy's new coach reminds me of McGee. Big words, brash talk, no action.
Vandy's new coach was also left with a disaster.

It was one thing I always hated about McGee. Everybody wanted to say it was coach speak, but there were certain things that he could have simply not said. You are right, Vandy's coach does seem to have a bit of that attitude as well.

I said to myself, "I've seen this before". The way he used the three QBs showed he has no clue. In his head, he didn't know what to do. The last guy going 0-3 with two INTs, almost guarantees he won't see the field again this season. LOL
