NIU would have two or three teams on our list also. 03"? 11" and 13".
Boise State would be number 1 for sure.
I wouldn't go with just ranked opponents. Because honestly that 2013 Pitt team finished with like 7 wins. A great win but #9 in the country is not where they ended

There have been Many OOC games that were "wins" and pretty memorable.
Pitt, Iowa State, Kansas, Purdue, Colorado, plus many big MAC games.

I might put Pitt in there just because of Larry Fitzgerald. That dude was unstoppable in college, and then in the pros.

They were also ranked #9 when they came here. I think we ruined that entire season for them.
