Based on his twitter account this kid seems to be a tremendous STUDENT-ATHLETE with great maturity. Refreshing!!!

I love football a lot but it's going to end someday.

Education comes first.

Josh Darrow @joshdarrow
Livingstone tweeted "education first" I can vouch for this. He has not come on our radio show multiple times due to tutoring! #Respect
Seems like a good kid, with a good head on his shoulders.
"Verbal commitments are nonbinding. National Signing Day is the first Wednesday in February."
We'll see come signing day. I wish him the best, no matter what he does. But I hope to see him in green and gold.

he may end up elsewhere but its a hell of an improvement over the days when we were getting commits from players that only had offers from the UTC's of the world

No doubt! I whole heartedly agree with you on that.
See, it's stuff like this that makes this happen:

Which leads to hope, which makes it kind of hard to keep my guard up.

I'd much rather go into the season like:

Because I feel deep down that if let myself get all excited and hopeful leading into the season again, and then this happens:

Then Charlie Brown is gonna have to choke a b***h

Charlie just needs to hire Peter Griffin to handle Lucy

Hopefully, the more commitments we get from players like Livingstone and Henderson, (kids with multiple D-1 offers), the easier it will be for them to see the big picture, and stay committed to UAB.
