Not a fair prediction when likely no one has seen over 70% of our two-deep on the same field whether due to injuries in Spring or not arriving until Summer.

Not a fair prediction when likely no one has seen over 70% of our two-deep on the same field whether due to injuries in Spring or not arriving until Summer.
And in addition, UAB is still signing players out of JUCO. It can be fun to guess, but you have to be reading from a crystal ball to even know the two-deep rankings.
I believe that Clements will emerge (or will stay on top) as the starting QB.

I agree a lot can and will change, but everytime we get a committment all I read on this board is that he will start from day 1 so based on all of our committments and returning players I thought it would be nice to see the thought today and then compare it to what is actual on August 30

I love the speculation. We signed so manu OL and DB's, you figure there will be some movement there.
It's rather hard to do when you have no idea what the roster will even be. What a ridiculous thread.
I think O'Leary, Byrd, and Salako are the only 3 that started in spring that will start in the fall on the OL.
Of course Jordan Howard and Backman at RB and TE. Receivers are pretty set too with Nay Nay Jelson, Staples, and Humphries, good backups too with Nolen and DP.
Defense is going to be completely different, only starters I see fo sho are Watkins, Rabb, and Ganus.

Yeah, your prediction sounds real close. You figure the pecking order will get changed around some after the first few games too......... might take the new guys a few weeks to learn the defense.

James Caligone went back home to Tulsa. Carson Miller quit too, he just didn't come back after spring break.
Are we sure that Humphry is cleared to play this season?
I don't know that it was ever established that he had been cleared. Hopefully Clark can take care of it unlike McGee
