This makes the third high end apartment development announcement for the downtown area in this week.

Some time ago, two old restaurant locations (Eli's and The Dog House as well as a car dealership) along 7th Ave between 28th and 29th streets were leveled for mixed use construction. Is this a separate plan or an extension of that older one to include 6th ave. to 31st street?
