You might be surprised at the number of coaches, assistants, etc. in the high school ranks that have ties to UAB football.

Clay's always got talent, particularly at the skill positions. We've already benefited some from it. Jerry Hood has not been bashful about landing kids on the Southside. Taylor played for him at Oak Mountain before he took the Clay job.
