It sure would be an awesome water slide.
That is the tunnel which the teams enter the field. It is actually pretty cool when you walk in it because it goes down and is long. When entering the tunnel, there is a big sign that says, Welcome to the Swamp, 2 feet below sea level. It actually is below sea level. I'm pretty sure that's what it says.

That must be what it is. Just looked like a big water slide that went underground a ways. Would be pretty cool to slide into the stadium though.

If you stand at the top of the tunnel and face the field, it surely looks like it would be fun to slide down it. Then you realize the thing is made of concrete, and that road rash isn't any fun.
Maybe put down some padding and some visqueen?
