Is Darrin going to be working out in the combines or just having a pro day somewhere?
Pro day at uab is only hope unless in state school allows him to join their pro day. No invite to combine.
300+ players are invited to the Combine every year.
214 players are drafted to the NFL every year.

Darrin's draft analysis/prediction isn't looking too good.
Has he dropped from 4th rd prediction? I was thinking he might have been invited since he was projected at that from what I heard. In looking at the list of particpants, a few strange/unknowns from lower levels in there
Well, he can always go play in Europe.
I have no idea if another season at UAB would have helped his draft status, but it would have been neat seeing him play on a well coached team for a season.

Some projections have him in the 4th round, but some don't think he will be drafted at all.
I thought the Prediction in the draft was 4-7 round?

I wanted him back badly, but I think people have seen the best of him already. The backfield was going to be more crowded this season with Bashr back, and I think the only thing that would have helped his stock would be a 1,800 yard season or better. That's not going to happen with Howard back there splitting carries.
I doubt he gets drafted, but obviously hope he does.

We do have some very good backs coming back. It will be interesting to see if Bashr is able to come back close to 100%.

Well, this is good news, not sure how legit James Cobern is, but this is nice to see.

Running Back

1. Ka’Deem Carey, Arizona

2. Carlos Hyde, Ohio State

3. Darrin Reaves, UAB

4. Lache Seastrunk, Baylor

5. Terrance West, Towson
It would be great if he was chosen in the first 3 or 4 rounds.

On a scale of 1-10, I'd give him a legit rating of 5.

Either Reaves or West should come off for Tre Mason.01-wingedeagle

Also Charles Sims, Jeremy Hill, and even Isaiah Crowell from Alabama State would get looks over Darrin.

Bad advice. Just poor advice. The NFL draft isn't friendly to running backs.

I've wondered where he got his information from. I hope he didn't get his information from McGee. I forgot about LsU's Hill and Bama St.'s Crowell. I feel like I may be missing out on two-three more.
I think some of it was Howard would have been starting over him this year from what I have heard. I think most likely he will be a 7th rounder or most likely free agent. he will be in a camp somewhere. You just never know though.
