The bowl season will be over and the meeting of the NCAA will be about to ensue. What do you think the outcome of that meeting will be, either immediately, or possibly following within a reasonable period of time:

I would like to see a full breakaway of from the NCAA by the Power 5 conferences, but I think the NCAA will cave and that a new upper Division will be formed with the concessions the P5 are looking for.
I think the G5 need not look any further than FCS to understand what separation from the P5 would mean. The NCAA, which is just as self-serving, will also vote in any manner than will ensure its useless existence.
What concessions are you speaking of? It would make a difference in the vote.
I beleive that you will see a new division within the NCAA but without knowing what the "concessions" are it is not possible to vote in your poll.

I think the concessions will be exactly what Jim Delany relayed several months ago. This is the link to the details http://espn.go.com/college-sports/story/...form-plan, but the basics are below:

1. Support former athletes who want to come back and finish their education if they left early or fizzled out during their playing days. By support, I mean pay in full for them to finish on a reasonable track.

2. Rework the time constraints for athletes, especially during season. The 20 hour rule would be tossed, but coaches would be more responsible for making sure the students are meeting academic demands.

3. At-risk student athletes can come to campus their freshman year, but they will be labeled as an academic redshirt. They must qualify under minimum requirements before they can play. The Big 10 is especially for this because they lose kids to inferior academic schools or junior college.

4. The Big One... Miscellaneous expenses stipend.

Stipends, the right to decide all matters pertaining to the P4 or P5, restructuring, essentially all things discussed heretofore.
How many more concessions do the P5 need? You guys already have every conceivable advantage now.
