I don't normally pay a lot of attention to recruiting. I think it was Memphis Blazer that said something to the effect of placing value after they've finished versus before they play. I agree. But how can you not get excited about this group of incoming players plus the ones to be named later? I've seen the rankings of our in-state recruits. Would Cokley be in the state's top ten?
According to scouting reports, he is rated slightly higher than Jarvis. So I guess the answer would be yes.
He was top 12 in Georgia, I believe.

He might have been in top 10 of Alabama if he lived in this state.

Hard to tell.

The ranking in the state is always little bit suspicious
if the players lean to an sec school is move up even if most of the sec basketball are just average
Same for GA and UGA was recruiting him but I love in Savannah and he's pretty damn good. He gets a lot press locally.
