Will we do another road payday or get another home game?
What do you think? Anybody hearing anything?
I think its likely we get another road game, at least a part of a home and home or another buy game, mainly because we already have 6 home games and we have never, ever had 7 home games at UAB and usually need the money the road games provide.
We are playing at Arkansas on October 25 according to their website. I don't see it listed on uabsports.com.

I see according to our site that. Maybe Mackin was in a waiting to see if we turn the corner with the new coach (McGoo) and can move to having more home games than having to do the buy games, to allow for a few more wins. At this point he probably realizes we now can't do that in 2015, may hope for 2016.

I think we're going to play Kentucky at some point. 2016 I believe.

Was the Ark was a replacement for Ol Miss or Navy? Or was Navy supposed to be in 15 or 16?

UNA is D2 so you cant schedule them. I wouldnt mind seeing South Alabama added to the schedule soon.

UNA is D2 so you cant schedule them. I wouldnt mind seeing South Alabama added to the schedule soon.
I didn't list USA because I dont think we can beat them.
Not to mention they're full up for the next 3-4 yrs unless someone backs out on them also they're getting HnH w/ their H first when we can't vs same teams???

I'm going to reply to several BhamSnap posts in one if that's okay.
1. You can only schedule one FCS game to count towards your win total for bowl eligibility.
2. We can beat Troy, Mississippi State, and Arkansas, especially by next year. We could probably take Arkansas right now. They are awful. They had a hard time pulling away from Southern Miss.
3. We aren't substantially worse than South Alabama. That would be a great home-and-home, but a lot of people don't think South Alabama would bring as many fans to Birmingham as Troy does. I would also like to buy Samford at some point, but the consensus on their draw to Legion Field is the same. I think they are worth at least more ticket sales locally than Northwestern State and Southeast Louisiana.
