Now that bowl slots are more ubiquitous than nude former Disney starlets on the internet, you don't have those mega-droughts that plagued schools like Rice for 40+ years. However, there are a handful of schools that haven't tasted the postseason in a while...

New Mexico St (last bowl appearance: 1960 03-puke )
EMU (1987)
UNLV (2000)
Tulane (2002)
Washington St (2003)
North Texas (2004)
UAB (2004)
Akron (2005)
Colorado (2007)
Indiana (2007)
New Mexico (2007)

Of the schools that haven't been to a bowl since we have, UNLV (5-3), Tulane (6-2), and North Texas (5-3) all appear to be bowl bound, while Washington State is at 4-4.

So, if you judge a program in this way, after this season, we very well could be ranked 3rd only behind NMSU and EMU for longest bowl drought.

And now that you're depressed, here's some Oregon cheerleaders!
